Terms for purchasing and using Realistic AI Headshots services.

1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Realistic AI Headshots (the “Service”). By creating an account, uploading photos, or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Realistic AI Headshots is the trading name of an independently operated online service (the “Operator,” “we,” or “us”). Service questions, legal notices, and complaints may be sent to support@realisticaiheadshots.com.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity and permission required in your country, to purchase the Service.
2. What we provide
The Service creates personalized AI-generated professional headshots from photos you provide. Packages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The offer and checkout shown before payment state the exact price, currency, number of professional looks, delivered images, and included photo-editing credits for that order. Those purchased terms are stored with the order and do not change retroactively. Additional looks and single-photo editing are available only when the Service shows them as available for your account.
When a package includes photo-editing credits, the included quantity and expiry are shown before payment. Each accepted edit uses the stated number of credits. Original photos are preserved and edited results are saved separately. A failed edit returns the credits charged for that edit but does not extend their original expiry. An additional-look order does not include extra editing credits unless its offer expressly says otherwise.
Generation starts only after payment is confirmed. Processing time varies with the uploaded photos and provider workload. Any time estimate shown during an order is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline.
AI-generated images can contain variations or imperfections. The Service is intended for professional profiles, resumes, company pages, and similar presentation uses. It is not an identity-verification, passport, visa, government-ID, or biometric-authentication service.
3. Accounts and order information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Each paid order is tied to the account, uploaded photos, selected package, and professional looks confirmed before checkout. After payment and generation start, those order inputs are locked to protect delivery integrity.
4. Photo rights and acceptable use
You retain your rights in photos you upload. You grant us and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transform, and transmit those photos only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and maintain the Service and to comply with law.
You may upload only photos of yourself, or photos for which you have the subject’s informed permission and all necessary rights. You must not use the Service to:
- impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, exploit, or harm another person;
- create unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, abusive, or defamatory material;
- upload photos of a minor without authorization from a parent or legal guardian;
- infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- evade security controls, probe the Service, distribute malware, or interfere with operation; or
- represent generated images as official identification or verified evidence of a real event.
We may reject uploads, suspend generation, or close accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect users and providers.
5. Payment
Prices are displayed in USD unless checkout clearly states another currency. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store complete card numbers. A payment is complete only after Stripe confirms it to our server.
Purchases are one-time charges. We do not automatically renew a headshot package. Promotion terms, if offered, are shown with the promotion and apply only during the stated period.
6. Delivery, technical failures, and refunds
Completed images are delivered to your account gallery. You are responsible for downloading them before the displayed expiry date. Generated portraits and downloadable archives are normally retained according to the purchased plan: 30 days for Essential, 60 days for Professional, and 90 days for Personal Brand. Additional Look results are normally retained for 30 days.
If training or generation fails, we may automatically retry, reuse a completed personal model, request replacement uploads, or perform a manual review before determining that the order cannot be fulfilled.
Refund eligibility, request deadlines, exclusions, and processing times are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Ownership and permitted use
You retain your rights in uploaded photos. Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive right to use delivered headshots for personal and lawful commercial professional-presentation purposes.
The Service software, site design, workflow, trademarks, documentation, and non-user content remain owned by us or our licensors. Because AI systems can produce similar material for different users, we do not guarantee that every output is unique or eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction.
8. Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how account information, photos, payment records, provider data, cookies, and generated results are processed. Training uploads are normally scheduled for deletion after the recovery period, temporary provider models after the retention period included with the purchased plan, and completed results after the delivery window described there.
Closing an account starts deletion of associated user assets, subject to security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, dispute, and legal-record requirements.
9. Service availability and disclaimers
We use reasonable care to operate the Service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, network failures, payment providers, storage providers, and AI-generation providers. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that every generated image will match subjective preferences or be suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, business opportunities, or data. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
11. Suspension and termination
You may request account deletion through account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, illegal activity, security risk, or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms—continue to apply.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Operator, without overriding any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence. Any dispute will be submitted to a court that has lawful jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by an account or email notice. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights already earned for a completed purchase.
